Probably depends on how good the xfer is....if they're equal or better you


take them now and dump Radford. Assuming that's not the case it's probably a math equation:

Radford Talent x Probability of Return () Talent of Transfer

if the right side of the equation is higher, you take the transfer.....

time also plays into the equation, at least as accounted for in the 'prob of return' ...the closer we get to fall the more the scales tip
