I wrestled Tony Atlas in high school in Roanoke


he was trying to get his wrastlin' career going and helped out with our team at PH (late 70s).

He would do push ups with me sitting on his back until I got tired of sitting on his back. But all that strength came at the price of flexibility. I would get him by the legs when he was on the mat and he couldn't reach around or back to grab me. He would get furious while trying to get away from me. :)
