Kibe looks to be a 184 lb guy after a redshirt year, maybe Singleton was the same. From the outside, it is also difficult to access the scholarship money available each year and which team can maybe offer enough to make it hard to turn down. Also, for this year, VT will have a sophomore at 174 (Lewis), a R-Jr (Bolen) and true freshman at 184 (Kibe), and true freshman (Smith) at 197 so timing with some of these recruits sometimes don't line up well.
