TBT is that winner take all basketball tournament but they started a couple


that somebody started a couple of years ago maybe four years now usually made up of teams of alumni from various colleges or various alumni of college in a certain State. the Best Virginia team was made up basically of West Virginia alumni. there's a team from Virginia that's made up of various players from alumni from different schools in Virginia
