At the beginning of this year, I moved to a house on a small 400 acre lake. My grandparents live an hour and a half away and come down often. I absolutely love being able to take him fishing, which is one of his (and my) favorite things to do. On July 4 weekend, we fished for 3 days straight off of my pontoon on the dock. Caught many catfish between 15" and 20". Most channel, one flathead. Perfect eating size. We fileted them and had a nice family fish fry that Monday evening.
