Coach by nature is private and not out going type guy. Totsl opposite than dabo but do think he is a good x and o guy..

A vt type program is a very connected prpgram woth its fanbase and so many expect to a outgoing engaging guy to lead the bell weather team.. both a tcu and memphis coach was not in that sort of environment ..

Dont undereatimate the staff of hokie coaches who talked advised the coach.. i do feel losing cosch tapp was huge; but i think kt reallly opened some eyes..
