We have a choice between att and cox
in our new neighborhood. both make me miss comcast.
the way ATT brought internet into the house it is almost impossible to get uverse (my family just wants to deal with the box...not a streaming service- I cannot get them to change). Cox says they need to dig up the yard, drill a hole in the house, blah blah blah...
We now have ATT TV and everyone hates it. They hate the roku devices.
I'm sure I would have to do the same with Comcast but with Comcast I had one account. One username. one password. One account total. With ATT- I have five separate accounts (even though they are linked). They all have different user names. They all have different purposes based on the service that they are for. So yes, ATT mobile phones, uverse (at the old house we are still vacating), att internet (two separate houses), and att tv. Everytime I call I have to be forwarded between multiple people.
If I log in to the 'master account' on ATTs portal they don't even show my linked accounts for me to see them and change anything.
With Cox I have to call and deal with my parents accounts because I keep shutting off services they don't need or want and then they keep calling back and 'selling' my 80+ yr old parents on the services again with promos.
