Escalation story


Just sold a house (bought in 2007). Over 3 day period had 51 showings, 11 offers (all above list) and ended up agreeing to an offer $155k above list - all cash, waive all objections upon inspection.

Ended up getting right at 2X what I bought it for in 2007...I bought it on the run up to one housing crisis, and sold it on the run up to the next.
