The summary of the shit show over the last years is ridiculous. Since he lost the hulk (Sam) in year 1, it is hard to believe that Fuente is a P5 coach. Can’t be.

We are paying boat loads of money for a man learning the meaning of the verb on the job. Maybe he knows his X’s and O’s but he hasn’t demonstrated any knowledge of the surrounding events of P5, alleged big boy ball. None whatsoever. From managing the room to recruiting to managing off field activity.

One could argue that he truly cares about his players and his privacy shows that. But that doesn’t get too far because of the long list of failures.

As for the rest, non-material matters (which you no doubt summarized really, really well) - I’ve said this is a sub.500 team and your story backs that up. We lost more than we gained and the numbers don’t support anything more than we had last year. We simply don’t have the talent. And corny can’t coach well enough to make up any talent deficiencies.

It’s unclear what Justin can do on coaching. But I don’t expect too much, at least until he learns more on the job.

That would all be ok, if we were paying the head whistle to be a learn-on-the-job type coach.
