If you have six offers out there, you're a priority


VT has 60 or so. You can't prioritize everyone with that approach and that's OK. Obviously Mike Young has had considerable success with his model, as has Tony. When there are so few offers out there, you devote more time to those offers. Virginia would obviously take a commitment from Ward tomorrow and it would have no impact on Traudt.
