NIL could change things around quite a bit. Any program with a large fan base has the potential to move into the top group. Not sure if there are any of those outside of the ones you mentioned.

CFB may still evolve into an elite league, and an everyone else league. We may have to be content with beating our peer schools like UVA, Pitt, NC State, etc. I think we will all miss the good old days, but it will be good to see these young men get the compensation that they deserve.
