Same cost as two years ago. Only option for now is to renew previous seats

This is a re-seating year, that usually happens in the late summer early fall if I recall correctly.

If you upgrade through the seat selection process they will charge you the difference at a later date. I processed mine yesterday. It was in the fine print after the first page.
