What the ruling implied is that they were already compensated …


The ruling said that the NCAA violated antitrust laws by constraining their compensation.

Therefore, since they have been compensated, they should have been paying taxes on scholarships and other incidental expenses that they receive such as food and housing allowances.

And oh, I guess Bruce Smith owes back taxes on that cord of wood. 🥺
