Dunno, but I've seen tubes around recent tree plantings and am guessing...


it's a way to water trees with less water eg, straight to the roots, don't lose as much in dry air spraying. Can't make the correlation here unless trying to protect those trees which hold the soil together? I can imagine that might be something of a gully that they want that and the grass growing there too.

B for fishing rods?
