Faced a lefty in HS who literally balked ALL the time throwing to first


He picked off so many because umps wouldn’t call it. He looped his right foot past his left knee and then stepped about 1/2 way between home and first. We hated it. Literally could not take a lead or he’d pick you off because they never called it….until district playoffs and they called him twice in a row (back to back innings) and it got into his head and we smoked them 10-3 after he’d beaten us 2x in regular season
