Would say before he even took the job...but had decided to take it.


If you saw his staff come together, really quickly, you knew he was someone moving fast. Add the players he convinced to stay, and the guys he brought in his first year as a prime example. We lost one great coach this year, and he brings in a grand slam home run hire!

Yeah, Mike didn't come here to just compete in the best BB conference in the land...he came to win!
