Really, you blame compliance


I went back and read an article published about 10 years ago about Jimmy Turk and he mentioned how not only he, but members of law enforcement, judges multiple people came and talked to the team. You can have all the meetings and lectures you want, at the end of the day these kids are going to make choices and a lot of times they're not very smart.
