The best player in the US is still a second teamer on a pretty good Chelsea team, but there are a number of Premiere League teams that have two players from Portugal that are better than Pulisic. I like your optimism, but the US is still so far behind in things like academy systems (Man City has produced Phil Foden and Liam Delap recently from their academy alone, both better than anyone in the US).
