As we gain Mike Jones, Maryland loses Bino Ranson

Ranson has been an assistant at Maryland a LONG time, dating back to when Gary Williams was head coach. He is credited with most of their big recruiting gets from the state of Maryland over the last 12 years.

He has left to take a job -- with a significant raise -- at DePaul as an assistant to the new head coach there, Tony Stubblefield who had been an assistant at Oregon.

Maybe this gives us an opportunity to be a significant player for Baltimore/DC talent?
