Hey fellas need some guidance

I’ll be quick. Deploying in July. Want to contribute to SERTC. I don’t understand the levels of the donations. I want to give a monthly since I’ll be gone and won’t be using the money anyways. Since I’ll be gone can I give someone else those benefits. Hokies wrestling gives me a lot to look forward to since I’m on the west coast and I love this board. I check it everyday. Go Hokies!
