Especially if they won’t use Allison Royalty. Maybe Chip knows the deal.


She is, by all accounts, their co-#1 pitcher. But they haven’t used her at all yet. The coach was mum on why. Has to be some undisclosed injury or disciplinary. She is in uniform but wasn’t even warming up in the pen late in the game today. Their #4 pitcher was tossing (I assume Meza is the #3 pitcher).
