I think youre spot on...


Especially if VT doesnt use the last scholarship they have available (even if Bede comes back) on a wing then I think 2 wings are the absolute priority.

VT has loaded up on some guys who can play the 5 spot, so Id really like some versatility with the post spot. You could technically call Nickel a 4 and play as a small ball 5 depending on how his body shapes up in college. Id like Nickel more than any of the other bigs VT is looking at, simply for what he brings to the position that not many in the country can do at 6'8 and thats put the ball in the hoop at a very high level.

I think Justin Taylor would be my top spot target. Then Ward. Then Nickel and Rice would be tied for third as they are both very high level scorers/shooters with versatility to 3 positions.
