I was taking her around the building to meet everyone


And it was nuts. Guys that normally hide coming out of the woodwork. Turns out she was outstanding at her job as well and immediately developed chemistry with a very tough crowd. Quickly put her in front of a mission critical process. We'd do quarter system upgrades which she eventually ran. Guys who normally wanted to stay at their remote locations or offices to do their parts suddenly wanted face time in the PMO HQ.
