Should I be concerned I haven't received acknowledgement from the IRS or VA

that they have received the taxes I e-filed last night about 9pm?

IIRC, I got electronic acknowledgement from both the IRS and Virginia that they received my tax forms within minutes/hours of e-filing in years past.
