I find NY strips can either be awesome or horrible just based

And for seasoning, the go-to is Trader Joe’s Sveryday Seasoning. It’s in a grinder. Just grind a liberal amount on each side of the steak and grill. Just an amazing seasoning for steaks. I’ve made every part of my family and extended family into believers.
