I ran 8.6 weekend before last and have the B'burg Classic (10 miles) in a few weeks. I'll be ready for my 2 half marathons later this year.

I have a pretty bad upper back, so I run long runs with Brooks because they have a lot more cushioning. I run my 3 mile weekday runs with the On's sometimes. It's not caused problems, maybe the cushioning is just as good, but it's not as thick.

I'm sure I look really cool with the Cloudflows though.
