Another issue with the west coast teams hosting is attendance

One of the Podcast spoke about UCLA only allowing California residens to attend games. One of thier seniors is from New Jersey and her parents are not going to be able to attend her senior night because they are out of state.

Would the NCAA really let them host a regional in that situation?
