Downside is Carter-Finley might have the worst location in the ACC

The only competition for it is Miami but they use a pro stadium so there's a built in excuse. Carter-Finley uses a pro stadium parking lot though, but other than that it's not on campus or even walkable, tailgating is strictly in the parking lot, and there are no bars within walking distance for after the game.

It's right next to the fairgrounds and the highway, which is not a great location for a home stadium.
