The other issue was the autopsy findings.
Even with the knee to the back of his neck, there was no injury to his neck. He also had something like 3X the lethal limit of illegal drugs in his system...it wasn't just one drug, but 3 or 4 illegal drugs in his system. That tells me he actually died of an overdose.
I'll never understand why the officer placed his knee on the back of his neck. That looked extremely dangerous, and I wouldn't want anyone to experience it...including me! IMHO he was a bad cop who should have never been hired in the first place based on past incidents.
