5 hours actual driving time within a 7 hour travel day max...the

7 hrs includes breaks, etc... the 5 hrs is time actually behind the wheel driving (to include traffic)...

....yeah, as Ffx said....I'm old :) back in the day I'd drive 20 hrs straight (though probably shouldn't have been driving the last couple of hrs of that) -not any more!
