Coworker had it in February, still no taste/smell, constant fatigue

He is 22 or 23, bean pole thin and somehow lost 30 lbs in two weeks when he was COVID positive. He is probably 6' 125 lbs now. If it weren't for his positive attitude I'd be worried for him
