It will pretty much ruin their business, and they know it.

The Texans surely had a number of highly reputable, experience massage therapists, PTs, chiropractors, etc., on the staff. You want to stick with somebody who knows your body. You have to wonder why he's trying out 40+ therapists........ . Sounds like evaluating and grooming to me. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
