He can't help but destroy a city, even when he is coming to the rescue


Most of the old Japanese movies show him as either the punishment for atomic weapons, or the good guy. But this new movie seems to show him as the bad guy. I saw the 1998 Godzilla and honestly can't recall, but wasn't he the bad guy then? So Godzilla is bad in the west, and good in the East?

Either way, Ultraman would kick his butt.
