Both are great. Many Glacier and Two Medicine in Glacier are the best.

Boat rides, incredible hiking. If you go to Banff make sure you go up the Icefields Parkway to the Columbia Icefield and ride the bus on steroids out on the glacier. Pure awesomeness.
