Thompson was good at OSU. I think Emelogou started at SMU. Van Zegeren played at NW probably about as much as he would have at VT. Same for Pierce at PSU. I think Sy did pretty well at Ole Miss. Pig Jackson played at ECU. PJ Horne was a contributor at UGA this year.


Overall, the basketball transfers have mostly done what they would have done here, not much better or worse. They mostly chose lateral-move schools but some dropped down to play (like Pig Jackson and now Cone). Thompson arguably stepped up, but his relationship with Buzz ran him off.
