Can someone please help me out as to why Seagears keeps being put in as PH

I just don’t get it. He strikes out like 70% of the time at least it seems that way. .167 BA and 1 RBI but we put him in to PH needing runs with 2 out and 2 on??

I’m going to need help understanding that. It’s NOT the first time we’ve don’t that either!?

I like Szefc too...I’m just having a really hard time wrapping my head around Seagears being a viable option there?
