Approach of a coach, similar to UNC, USC, Clemson, even Liberty. He recruits the best and lots of them. Not easy being the head man of a program that is focused on giving them a shot, keeping the best, giving the rest the opportunity to play elsewhere.

Mason had the new field, the plan was in place, from WB. .Mason was just not prepared for the job in lots of ways.
