and certainly a reasonable possibility he might not be transferring. The real question we cannot really answer is how he fits and whether with more time things would have worked or just the narrative changed. Maybe JB's narrative then goes from wanting more playing time to wanting a different system that showcases his ability more but, the end result remains unchanged. Maybe CMY recognized that early on and was unwilling to sacrifice long term program culture for that. Again, not knocking JB and sorry to see him go, just sometimes it does not work. I expect Roy Williams and Carolina fans are asking themselves similar questions about Kessler as I type this.
