Holy crap! Wrong answer! But thanks for responding ...

I am going to have to spend $100 and a weekend to file taxes for someone who made less than $1600 ... and then I (or he) will have to pay income and self-employment tax? This may be the stupidest thing I have ever seen. I could see if if it was a part-time gig and you had other earned income but this is ridiculous. Rant over ... for now.
