Not being in the Big Ten


Iron sharpens Iron - there's at least 12 elite to good teams in the Big Ten. The Big Ten tournament is a mini-national tournament in level of competition, and the tournament is a two-day tournament with multiple weigh-ins.

Being in the ACC - while we have 5 of 6 elite schools is not quite the same. Every match in the Big Ten is a battle.

This is also an off year with no tournaments. Usually we're going to the Southern Scuffle, Cliff Keen LV Tournament, Midlands, etc.
