I think Mekhi has a shot but the margin for error with the amount of pain Mekhi was in last night is incredibly slim. I suspect he will give it a shot and if he is able to avoid his injured arm getting torqued, then he very well could win. The arm lock absolutely killed him last night but those positions are a normal part of wrestling so I don’t know what can even be done to avoid those positions that put him in a tremendous amount of pain.

That said, it is hard to even think about sending him out against Marinelli in his current condition.
