The question is, who would actually complain and require an apology...

Someone must have submitted a complaint... but I find it hard to believe anyone would be offended by his statement. I'm pretty sure the JWAS doesn't even exist, (and even if they do, tech would be favored by 100 points)... so the statement is factual.
