I wear my niece's memory band on my wrist and never take it off.

I have seen the hurt you are experiencing in my sister and BIL. Take it one day at a time.
There is no right way to handle this. Cry, laugh, scream etc. Do it your way? It will get better with time, but will never leave you.
You may want to get a sleep aid like Trazadone from your doctor.

With that, my heart hurts for you seeing what you are experiencing with my sister. Like others, I shed a few tears reading your post.

I will have you in my thoughts for sometime.
