Lax has a certain aire about it that lends itself to an elitest attitude.

Not saying it's true but VT compared to the "blue bloods" of the sport and even compared to USC, Stanford, Stony Brook, & JMU is still looked at as 2nd tier unfortunately.

Doesn't help that VT is in the very best conference in LAX
