There's the chance with any virus or disease that even the healthy can have a tough time or even pass.

If someone is high risk, then sure, determine if the vaccine is the right course of action for you. If you have reservations taking it then that should be a decision that's best for you. Both decisions should be equally respected. No one should feel like they have to or be forced to take it. Also being forced is both physically and their livelihood. They may not be physically forced to do it (held against their will and injected) but forcing someone to take it with the threat of losing their job, home, and being able to put food on the table is being forced regardless of how it is spun.
