Pretty much, they do choose it.


There is the very small percentage with a genetic disorder, wacky metabolism, etc.

But for the most part, people choose it. People choose almost everything in their life.

It is 6pm, in the summer --- the weather is 73 degrees. You can go for a 45-minute walk, or you can binge-watch Netflix. Isn't that a choice?

But I also agree, the OP is troll-worthy. Better ways to ask the question (or not ask the question at all).
