Previously, guidance was to hit them with no exceptions


I think now, we (refs) are warning that first time but hitting them the 2nd time unless the hands to the face is so bad that it warrants a stoppage to verbally warn the wrestler and to assess the point for the opponent.

I saw a few though, last night, that I would have hit though because you had an entire palm in the face area. I can understand an accidental touch (if the guy moves his head)
