Yes in a certain way

You can kinda already see it when you look at the schedule page and the broadcast info known at this time. Now it doesn’t mean all those road games won’t be broadcast in some way, but telling that every VT home game will at a minimum be on ACCN extra. Might be some pass throughs, might depend on the opponent. Also depends on if announcers are available. UT is hosting a tournament this weekend and I think there are two different play by play people working with one analyst and pretty sure i saw one game will be play by play only with no analyst.

Some schools could have plenty of cameras but their “home” announcers could be awful and just ruin a broadcast.

However I feel like the ACC, in conjunction with ACCN would not allow a school put a majority of their games on pass throughs now thinking about it further. Might be getting into Title IX issues if you are broadcasting way more baseball games vs softball.

Also could depend on your softball stadium. Many are not built with TV in mind, so places to put cameras could be an issue. Does a school already have a camera platform or are you spending $$ on lifts? You might have a top 25 program, but not even a top 50 facility.
