T&F is on a similar level as wrestling. VT T&F has won the ACC and has had

plenty of individual national champs. Wrestling and T&F are the jewels in VT's Olympic sports crown. Softball may join them shortly.

I hope that the expanded seating at Rector Fieldhouse as a result of the recent renovations will increase alumni attendance and interest in VT T&F. You can go to a weekend basketball game or wrestling match and take in a T&F meet in the same weekend during the winter. It makes for a great VT weekend in Blacksburg.
