Ehhh...genetics I think helps a lot


Hoping to not jinx myself but I am 43 and haven't had one cavity. I eat a good amount of sugar and citrus. I didn't always do the best oral care myself. However, I produce a lot of saliva so my teeth are basically rinsed off as well as my teeth don't have much space in-between (both genetics). The only thing I had was wisdom teeth taken out (only had 3 - one of the bottom ones never formed). Also, the Crest Pro Health have helped my gum health as well.

It is one of those things where I see people take much better care of their teeth than I do and eat healthier, and still have a lot of dental issues.
